We are a partner-owned and family office-backed investment house providing capital, expertise, and support for growth-aspiring technology companies across the APAC region. We seek out Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence enablers and adapters with strong macro tailwinds which we believe offer exceptional growth prospects over the mid to long term.
A.I. HARDWARES
Technological progress in A.I. has been enabled in large part by advances in the underlying computational hardware — also known as semiconductors, integrated circuits, microelectronics, or simply chips—that offer increased processing power to improve the development of AI systems. We seek opportunistic projects in small scale fabrication plants or processing factories in Taiwan and the Greater China region.
A.I. ENABLERS
Platforms and Companies that facilitate the technological innovators and help to commercialize the technology, this includes opportunistic individual projects or companies that involve in data center colocation, connectivity, cloud, compute, security, storage, SaaS and PaaS applications in the Greater China region and South East Asia.
A.I. ADAPTERS & REFORMERS
Companies in other industries that change their business models to use the new technology effectively. With the spread of generative AI solutions, we seek for big winners that can adopt AI to improve their delivery of services and solutions.
In addition, we seek for new market entrants that is unencumbered by legacy costs, with the vision to disrupt a mature non-technology industry by utilizing the innovations to create a new business model that is more scalable than those of existing competitors in the Greater China region, Japan and Taiwan.

OUR TEAM
10+ years of experience in corporate finance, private equity and corporate development focusing on digital infrastructure and technology sector in the APAC region. Transactional experience across products including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, joint venture investment and venture fund raising.
He also serves as an Associate Director in the Corporate Development and M&A division of Digital Edge DC (a Stonepeak portfolio company) since June 2021, responsible for company’s greenfield, brownfield and M&A investment, pipeline deal review and fund-raising. Mr. Xu has also worked at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank TMT investment banking in Hong Kong and successfully closed more than 10+ landmark transactions in the technology and digital infrastructure sector.
